Chuck, WA3RSU, Rooster Number 1092 

Chuck Segraves, WA3RSU, crowed in on 3/31/01 and received Rooster Number 1092. He and his XYL, Joan, live in Slate Run, PA.

I guess Chuck was pretty sure he was going to make it. He had the following prepared:

I climbed upon my trusty chair
Flapped my arms with all my might
I crowed the best I could
But the judges said not so good

Again I mounted my trusty chair
And flapped my arms in the air
Again I crowed and stretched my neck
And hoped to please this Rooster net
